Modern Bathroom Renovation in Manheim, PA
Project Summary
This project was completed in June 2019 and included a complete bathroom renovation, a new custom front entry door, and a gas fireplace installation.
For the bathroom, the homeowners wanted a larger shower and a more modern look for their Manheim home. The owners were tired of their old tub that took up too much space and didn’t work well with steps up to it.
It was also important that the shower had therapeutic features, which is why we included therapeutic jets on the shower wall. From the start, the owners knew that they wanted waterfall sink faucets. We took them to our trusted suppliers and showrooms to help the homeowners select plumbing fixtures, tile, countertops, custom cabinets, and even paint.

Project Highlights

- A custom shower enclosure with clear, low-iron glass (no green tinting).
- Modern vessel sinks with Delta waterfall style faucets.
- Cambria Quartz countertops.
- Porcelain tile floor with Spectralock® epoxy grout, which does not need sealer, making the floors and shower walls easier to keep clean.
- Old windows replaced with Andersen A-series windows.
