In 2018, we collaborated with our clients to build a modern-styled brick home in Lebanon. The owners wanted lots of natural light to bring the home to life. The interior features doors and windows with no trim, finished only with sleek lines of drywall to each door and window edge for a minimalist look.

Project Highlights

• A modern front entry with a European front door and cedar board ceiling welcome you in to this home.
• The exterior features a combination of Glen-Gery black iron spot brick with areas of Mastic Board-n-Batten vinyl siding.
• Andersen 400 Series casement and awning windows in stylish black add to the exterior appeal.
• An LP super high-efficiency gas boiler provides ample hot water and luxurious radiant floor heat throughout the home.
• The first floor of this home is a completely accessible from the outside and from the garage, no steps!
